There are a number of factors that stand out for me when considering your practice. First and foremost is your level of care and attention to detail and my health concerns, to which you also respond with care, patience and a full explanation of the nature of the treatment and the expected outcomes. You are well supported by your staff, who are also knowledgeable and helpful, and who ensure that there are appropriate follow - up appointments. The office is well run and spotlessly clean- and over the years it is clear that you are current with new treatments, equipment etc. It is also helpful to have the small “pharmacy” of medicines and skin products in the office.
As you know, I am the Managing Partner of a large law firm and I sit on a number of non for profit and commercial boards– my schedule is invariably (too!) tight and I really appreciate the fact that there is very little if any waiting time and the receptionist is helpful with the scheduling.
All in all-just wanted to send a note saying that it is a pleasure being a patient I hope that all is well in these difficult times!
