The Luminnova InnateSignal™ Program is a structured, physician-supervised program designed to provide you with individualized auricular vagus nerve stimulation (aVNS) based on your symptoms, priorities and response to treatment.

Before you enroll, you will receive the comprehensive Luminnova InnateSignal™ Clinical Evidence Guide.

The Guide explains the scientific and clinical evidence supporting aVNS across a range of health conditions and symptoms. We encourage you to review this information carefully so you can decide whether the InnateSignal™ Program is right for you.

Program Structure

Initial Assessment

You will be asked to begin by completing a detailed questionnaire covering:

• your current symptoms and their severity

• your baseline symptom scores

• the areas of greatest concern to you

• your treatment priorities

• relevant clinical information

Your physician will carefully review your questionnaire before making treatment recommendations tailored to your needs.

Customized Device & Treatment Program

You will then receive a customized InnateSignal™ aVNS device along with detailed instructions for optimal use.

Based on your initial assessment and treatment priorities, your physician will recommend a treatment program suited to your particular needs. The precise treatment parameters selected by your physician will be clearly outlined for your reference. The criteria and clinical decision-making process used to select and adjust individual InnateSignal™ programs form part of Luminnova Health’s proprietary treatment methodology.

Weekly Follow-Up

You will be asked to complete a brief follow-up questionnaire each week.

This helps us monitor your symptom scores and response to treatment in a consistent and objective way, rather than relying solely on your general impression of whether you feel better.

If your response is incomplete or there may be an opportunity to improve your results, your physician may recommend an alternative program based on published data.

End-of-Month Progress Review

At the end of Month 1, you will receive a summary of your progress, including changes in relevant symptom scores compared with your baseline.

Your physician may also provide additional recommendations based on your response to treatment.

You can then decide whether you would like to continue the program for one or more additional months.

Some conditions or symptoms may take longer to respond, so a longer follow-up period may be appropriate in certain cases.

Additional months are entirely optional and are based on your preferences and, where appropriate, your physician’s recommendations. If you continue, your progress and treatment response will be monitored throughout each additional month using the same weekly follow-up structure. Further treatment optimization and progress assessments will be provided where appropriate.

You may choose to stop after Month 1 or after any additional month. Continued participation is not required for every participant.

Program Fees

Payment is structured as follows:

Month 1: $750 — payable before you begin the program. This includes the cost of the device as well as weekly questionnaire review and end of month progress report

Each additional month: $300 — optional continuation based on your preference

Ad Hoc Support: $100 — optional support available upon request outside your scheduled program follow-up
